Indri-Trini Triple Wood Indian Single Malt Whisky is a unique expression from India’s Piccadily Distilleries, crafted in the village of Indri in Haryana. It’s notable for being one of India’s first triple cask-matured single malts, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, French wine, and Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks.

A Night on Earth in Scotland is created from a selection of The Macallan’s exceptional American and European oak sherry seasoned casks, along with American ex-bourbon barrels to deliver its rich, sweet shortbread-like character. KAVALAN Concertmaster Port Cask Finish Gift Pack. In ancient time, the land around Yilan in Taiwan was called Kavalan, a mysterious land that was solely inhabited by the indigenous people of th Kavalan clan.

The name was the Chin dynasty in the year of 1809 when the original city was also built under the same name.

Established in 2005, Kavalan is Taiwan’s first whisky maker and the nation’s only family-owned whisky distillery. Kavalan takes the old name of Yilan county where the distillery is located in northeastern Taiwan. The pure water and fresh air make this part of the subtropical island the ideal environment for the production of whisky.

Macallan Harmony Collection Fine Cacao is a concept that came from Casa Cacao, a boutique chocolate workshop founded by Jordi Roca, dessert chef at Spain’s three-Michelin star “El Celler de Can Roca” and Macallan’s longtime partner. Polly Logan, a Macallan whisky maker, has travelled to Spain on a deep flavour tour to discover a whole new world of cocoa.

The Tomatin 14-Year-Old is soft, smooth and sweet, benefiting from its time spent in Tawny Port casks which previously held port for around 50 years. Rich but balanced aromas of red berries, sweet honey and rich toffee develop into aspects of light fruits and nuts on the palate and an abiding finish of smooth fruit salad.

• Aroma: Highly aromatic, this dram opens with a nutty, salty smoke with milk chocolate and leathery tobacco. The Oloroso casks have shaped this whisky with a rich syrupy orange and grapefruit citrus, along with hints of clove and cinnamon with walnut and praline.

• Aroma: Initial impressions are of sweet nutty smoke, loaded with barley sugar and ripe fruit. Syrupy apricot and ripe pear along with malty vanilla notes of barley flour and Crème Brulee, honey and tablet. The American oak brings coconut, almonds and charred oak.
