Aged in fine Spanish Oloroso wood and American oak to mature this rich, this is an intriguingly fruity and robust oak expression, but there are many more reasons why this expression is special. Every batch is individually numbered and carefully watched over. Each has extraordinary consistency and character from an intense marrying period, and a warming, distinguished finish.

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is a Scotch whisky categorized as one of the best single malts in the world. It has a 40% Alcohol By Volume (ABV) and a volume of 70 cl. This whisky is a 15-year-old golden-colored scotch single malted whiskey. It is produced by the Glenfiddich distillery, one of Scotland’s remaining distilleries capable of maintaining its innovative tradition.

The 36YO is the latest addition to the Double Double range, following the award-winning 21YO expression which was names World’s Best Blended Whisky at the 2021 Worl Whiskies Awards.

Dewar’s Double Double 32 Year is a blended scotch crafted by master blender Stephanie Macleod which is aged in a “four-stage ageing process.” The first step involves single malts and single grains which have been aged separately at least 32 years. Next, the single malts are blended together and rested in exhausted casks. This process is also done for single grains.

Dewar’s double aged for ultimate smoothness. A unique 4-stage ageing process created by Dewar’s first master blender AJ Cameron in 1901. The unique Double Double (4-stage) process allows the whiskies to fuse and ‘marry’ multiple times creating ultimate smoothness.

DEWAR’S ‘Double Double’ 21 Year Old has pioneered the ‘double ageing’ process, with all the blends in the range undergoing a secondary resting in oak casks to marry the flavours and bring extra smoothness to the blend.

DEWAR’S 15, created by DEWAR’S master blender Stephanie Macleod, has been matured in sherry and bourbon casks and, once blended, put back into specially selected oak casks to marry for greater smoothness and a longer, lingering finish.

Dalmore’s heritage dates bac t 1263, when an ancestor of the Clan Mackenzie, owners of The Dalmore distilery for over a century , saved King Alexander III from the fury of a charging stag. This striking icon has since adorned each bottle of The dalmore, symbolising The Dalmore distillery’s regal legacy.

The Dalmore 15 year old is smooth, rich and well rounded. The epitome of The Dalmore house style. Moreover, this delicate and approachable vintage is initially matured for 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.

The Dalmore 12 Years Sherry Cask Select spent its first decade in regular ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak. Dalmore collaborated with three well-known cooperages from Andalucia—Tevasa, Vasyma and Paez. A different blend of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry was created for each of the coopers before seasoning the European and American oak casks.

The Dalmore 12-year-old has intricate aromas and flavours. Moreover, it is recognised as a whisky with character far beyond its age. Andrew Mackenzie demonstrated his pioneering character by doubling the maturation period. His boldness truly paid off, The Dalmore 12-year-old still stands apart as an exceptional whisky today, as it did then.

A special blend of at least 3 different ume liqueur batches aged between 1 and 2 years. The ume liqueur is made by macerating Nanko ume in cane spirit.

Uses 100% Nanko ume from Kishu. It features the gorgeous scent of Nanko ume that ‘blossoms’ the moment you put it in your mouth, and the crisp acidity that is profound and youthful.
