Matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months it blends the fresh clean taste of Patrón Silver with a hint of the oak flavour found in Patrón Añejo. • It’s a nice switch for current tequila drinkers who want more complexity and smoothness of taste. • Excellent as a sipping tequila or as a key ingredient in a favourite cocktail.

Using only the finest 100 percent Weber blue agave, Patrón Silver is handmade in small batches to be smooth, soft and easily mixable. A favorite of tequila connoisseurs worldwide, each bottle is individually crafted by a glass artisan and is hand-numbered for authenticity.

Bottled with real ume plum puree, Aragoshi Umeshu promises a richer more natural sweet flavour. This umeshu is a beautiful representation of what master saké brewing combined with all natural flavouring can produce.

Despite its 120 year history, UmeNoYado Brewery prides itself in creating a new saké culture and Aragoshi Mikan is the perfect example of that ideology. This liqueur blends traditionally brewed saké with fresh pureed Mikan, giving it a wonderful texture and tiny explosions of sweet Mikan juice with every mouthful.

Hailing from the Nara prefecture, in the Kansai region of Honshu, Umenoyado Aragoshi Lemon is the creation of Umenoyado Saké Brewery, a 120-year-old brewery that specialises in handcrafted Sake. A refreshing combination of saké, lemon and honey, this citrus infused liqueur can be enjoyed both hot and chilled.

A fascinating release from Speyside’s superb Balvenie Distillery. This expression was initially aged in American oak casks, before being transferred over to casks that previously held Pineau from France. This has introduced a generous helping of honey-glazed fruit and a subtle leafy hint to this 16 year old single malt’s flavour profile.

Kujira Okinawa Whisky Inari is a Ryukyu-style Japanese whisky made from 100% Indica rice and aged in virgin white oak casks.

Wuliangye is a type of Chinese baijiu that uses five grains, hence the name ‘Five Grains Liquid’ : sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn as its base ingredients, along with spring water. Made in Yibin in the Sichuan Province, the clear spirit was made using fermentation and distillation methods that have been around for over 600 years.
