The philosophy of 'Les Domaines Paul Mas' is to preserve the typical characteristics of the soil and grape variety while simultaneously presenting a wine that meets today's consumer expectations: abundant fruit, concentration, color, aroma, and flavor.

The grapes come from a 40-hectare vineyard that has been organically certified for six years. The soil is primarily limestone with fine gravel.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale lemon-green hue—bright, youthful, and crisp-looking.

Aroma: Fresh lemon, lime, and ripe grapefruit aromas. Vibrant notes of green gooseberry with a hint of tropical passionfruit complexity.

Palate: Medium-high acidity gives a lively, zesty mouthfeel. Crisp citrus (grapefruit, lime), green apple, tropical fruit, balanced with a light mineral expression and a touch of smooth phenolics.

Finish: Clean and lingering; smooth with a refreshing, fruity aftertaste.
