A classic everyday sparkling wine, Chandon Brut marries heritage with modernity to create a white wine that is fresh, stylish and approachable, with a soft palate and crisp finish. Grapes from cool-climate vineyards and the art of assemblage are behind this sparkling wine. Mild and fruity flavours are reminiscent of the estate’s French heritage, and the twist is Argentine.
Tasting Notes
Apperance: pale straw with green hues, with excellent fine bead and mousse.
Aroma: Bright and fresh aromas of apple sorbet, orchard blossoms and lemon zest sit alongside subtle brioche and fresh sourdough characters.
Palate: Classic Chardonnay pear flavour
Finish: Gently creamy texture, zesty acidity and complex hints of nougat lead to a long, dry and refreshing finish.
