DEWAR’S 15, created by DEWAR’S master blender Stephanie Macleod, has been matured in sherry and bourbon casks and, once blended, put back into specially selected oak casks to marry for greater smoothness and a longer, lingering finish.

Dewar’s 8 Year Old Caribbean Smooth Rum Cask Finish Blended Scotch Whisky is an exciting new blend and the first in an innovative cask series from the iconic whisky maker.

The 36YO is the latest addition to the Double Double range, following the award-winning 21YO expression which was names World’s Best Blended Whisky at the 2021 Worl Whiskies Awards.

Dewar’s Double Double 32 Year is a blended scotch crafted by master blender Stephanie Macleod which is aged in a “four-stage ageing process.” The first step involves single malts and single grains which have been aged separately at least 32 years. Next, the single malts are blended together and rested in exhausted casks. This process is also done for single grains.

Dewar’s double aged for ultimate smoothness. A unique 4-stage ageing process created by Dewar’s first master blender AJ Cameron in 1901. The unique Double Double (4-stage) process allows the whiskies to fuse and ‘marry’ multiple times creating ultimate smoothness.

DEWAR’S ‘Double Double’ 21 Year Old has pioneered the ‘double ageing’ process, with all the blends in the range undergoing a secondary resting in oak casks to marry the flavours and bring extra smoothness to the blend.
