Col di Sasso is a refined red wine of the Banfi winery and this wine can promotes the Tuscany culture all around. There are used Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes and they macerate for 5-6 days at 24-25°C.This process allows keeping the good color without the production of many tannins and it also keeps the aromatic freshness.

Pian Di Nova is the entry-level wine from Il Borro Winery. It is produced using 25% Sangiovese grapes and 75% Syrah grapes balancing the traditional variety with an international one. The vineyards from which Pian Di Nova is produced have a density of 4.700 plants per hectare and are located at 200 meters above sea level.

Cocoa, baked plum, toast, culinary spice and leather aromas shape the nose. Full bodied and elegant, the smooth, dense palate doles out fleshy black cherry, blackberry jam, licorice and clove while velvety tannins provide structure. It closes on an espresso note. Drink through 2027.
