Five main factors determine a good bottle of whiskey: aging time, barrel quality, Master Blender's talented hands, water source and barley.
The Glenfiddich family does these five factors very well, which is also proof of their success.According to the law, once the wine age is announced on the bottle label, the barrels of wine mixed together must be aged for a minimum of 12 years for Glenfiddich 12 years. Glenfiddich 12 has the main fresh flavors of pear and oak.

Taste: Characteristic sweet, fruity notes. Develops into butterscotch, cream, malt and subtle oak flavours.
