The San Giorgio winery in Salento (Faggiano – TA) is a modern facility, where Tinazzi vinifies and bottles all its Puglian production, enhancing the potential of local grape varieties.
Produced by San Giorgio in Puglia, Torreserro combines late-harvest tradition and Puglia’s native grapes Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. The result is an outstanding full-bodied dry Passito wine.
Fermantation with maceration for 10 days at controlled temperature (22-24° C) followed by drawing off and gentle pressing.
